Last updated: 24th Feb 2023

Welcome to Gedit, an EdTech tool that allows teachers/educators to create accounts to gather feedback from students, and students to create accounts to give feedback. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our services.

User Accounts

To use Gedit, you must create an account. Teachers/educators create accounts to gather feedback from students, while students create accounts to give feedback. When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

User Feedback

Gedit is a tool that allows teachers/educators to gather feedback from students, and students to give feedback. Students can choose to anonymize or deanonymize their responses. If a student chooses to reveal their name, their name will be visible to the teacher/educator near their feedback. If a student chooses to remain anonymous, their feedback will not be associated with their name.

User Conduct

You agree to use Gedit only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the service. You agree not to use Gedit to harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate against others, or to engage in any other conduct that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive.
